The Accounting Manager will be responsible for administrative duties and supporting the Director of Finance and the Senior Accounting Manger.

Key Responsibilities: • Reconciling Various Reports • A/P & A/R • Payroll Assistance • Contract & Insurance Admin. • Internal Auditing • Monitoring Licenses & Permits • Filing • Administrative Office Tasks • Other Tasks As Assigned • Position is currently being fully refined and the scope may change Medical/Dental/Vision/Matched Simple IRA/ Housing- 1BD $750 per month-across from office/Ski Pass/Hotel Discounts/Bonus Program 

Job Responsibilities:

Safeguard of company assets: maintain and assist in implementation of internal controls.
Maintain accounts payable records, updating databases to reflect changes including coding and data entry.
Accounts receivable: prepare bank deposits.
Updating, tracking, and entering expense reports.
Payroll processing.
Responding to credit card disputes.
Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
Assist Director in budget and forecasting as needed.
Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records.
Order supplies, maintain office organization and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Additional projects as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft applications; intermediate to advanced level in Excel. Aptitude evaluation may be required.
Payroll knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
Strong math skills and the ability to identify numerical discrepancies.
Superior organization, writing, and analytical skills.
A strong desire to learn and develop.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Education and Experience:

Applicant should possess a minimum of a four-year degree.
2 years of experience in QuickBooks Desktop.
Accounting experience in hospitality or hotel setting preferred.
